What we collect and why
We only collect what you give us. When you send an enquiry through this website we ask for your name, and an email address or phone number so we can reply. You can optionally tell us your school and grade, which helps us match a stationery list.
If your enquiry is about a specific product, we record which product it was so we can answer you sensibly.
We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to supply what you have asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
What the website collects automatically
Our hosting keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address making a request. We use a short-lived record of your IP address to limit repeated enquiry submissions from the same source, which keeps spam out of our inbox. That record expires within an hour.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep a reasonable record of what was agreed. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to us and stored on this website. It is not shared with third parties for marketing. Our website host and email provider process the information on our behalf as part of delivering those services.
Your rights under POPIA
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
- Object to how we are using your information.
- Complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Children
Our services are for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Where a parent gives us a child’s grade or school as part of an enquiry, that information is used only to prepare the correct stationery or service.
